Delivery at a glance

Shipping costs $5.99 per order. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days: usually 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit.

When processing begins

Our cutoff is 3:00pm Eastern Time. Orders received later enter processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. A cutoff does not promise same-day dispatch.

Where we deliver

Nationwide Tracked Shipping covers all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including PO boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories or international destinations.

Your shipment

Every order uses tracked shipping. The dispatch notice identifies the carrier and tracking details. A label alone does not mean the carrier has collected the parcel. Separate parcels may have separate tracking numbers.

If plans change

Email us promptly to correct an address or cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible; the return policy explains the next steps.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you with a revised date. You can consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

A delayed or missing parcel

Contact us with the order reference if tracking stops, the delivery estimate passes or a delivered scan does not match receipt. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the remedy. A delivery scan alone does not close your claim.

Charges at payment

There is no free-shipping threshold. Checkout shows the tax position before payment and collects tax where legally required. Review the full payable total before paying.
