Help with your order

Email support@alfrescolighting.com for product questions, order changes, returns or privacy requests. Include the product name or order reference so we can find the relevant details. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords.

For a return, request authorization before sending a parcel. Our correspondence address is not automatically a return destination.
