Order processing

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5 to 9 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6 to 11 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no shipping charges at checkout.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our track order page.

Delayed or lost orders

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at support@lumoralit.com and we will chase the carrier or arrange a replacement.
